Best fit for

Small and mid-sized businesses with recurring operational bottlenecks — teams losing hours every week to manual handoffs, admin, and copy-paste work between systems. If that's you, there's probably an agent for it.

Built to work with the tools you already use

No rip-and-replace. Agents plug into your existing stack — and your data stays yours.

More than agents

Agents are where most companies start, but the network builds the full stack of production AI — automation, custom development, knowledge assistants, data and dashboards, integrations, and team training. Same standard, same accountability.

Production-ready agents for your highest-cost workflows.

Workflow automation

Multi-step processes that run themselves across your tools.

Custom AI development

Bespoke AI software when off-the-shelf won't cut it.

What waiting actually costs

The average knowledge worker spends 2–3 hours a day on tasks an agent could handle. For a team of 10, that's 20–30 hours lost every week — paid at full salary.

A reality check on AI vendors

Research puts the failure rate of corporate AI pilots as high as 95%. The gap between an impressive demo and a system your P&L can feel is where most projects die.

The demo trap

Most AI agents impress in a pitch, then stall on real customers, real data, and real scale. That's why TNOA only admits agents already proven in production.

The accountability gap

When a typical AI project breaks, the consultancy is gone and no one owns the fix. Every TNOA agent has a named engineer who's accountable for keeping it running.

One question to ask anyone

Evaluating any AI partner — including us? Ask: "What have you shipped to production in the last 12 months, and what did it do to the bottom line?" If the answer is abstract, you have your answer.

How we vet every agent — and every engineer

"Vetted" isn't a marketing word here. Nothing enters the network without passing all four stages.

1

Production proof, not portfolios

Engineers apply with an agent that's already running in a real business. Demos and prototypes don't count.

Application review
2

Technical deep-dive

We examine how the agent handles real data, edge cases, failures, and scale — the things that kill agents after the demo.

Live technical review
3

Accountability check

Every engineer commits to standing behind their agent in production: monitoring, fixes, and a named human who answers when something breaks.

Accountability agreement
4

Ongoing performance review

Staying in the network requires agents that keep delivering. Builders are rewarded for results, not sign-ups.

Continuous

Prove value before you scale

You shouldn't have to bet the business on AI. Start with one workflow, one agent, one result.

Week 1: Scope

We map your workflow, define what "working" means in numbers, and match you with the right agent and builder.

Weeks 2–4: Deploy

The agent goes live on your real data and real customers, with the engineer monitoring every step.

Then: Expand what works

Once the first agent proves its value, expand to the next workflow. No long-term commitment required to start.

The TNOA standard: if an agent isn't delivering the result we scoped together, the engineer who built it is accountable for fixing it. That's the point of the network.

Frequently asked questions

How is TNOA different from hiring a freelancer or an agency?

Freelance marketplaces sell you resumes; agencies sell you hours. TNOA matches you with a working agent — software that's already proven in production — plus the vetted engineer who built it and is accountable for keeping it running. You're buying a result, not a process.

What if my workflow needs a custom agent?

Then we scope a custom build with an engineer whose production track record fits your problem. Same accountability: the builder stands behind the agent after it ships, not just until the invoice clears.

How fast can an agent be live in my business?

If an existing agent in the network fits your workflow, deployment is typically measured in weeks. Custom builds take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline on the first call, and we start with a single workflow so you see value before committing further.

What happens if the agent stops working or makes mistakes?

Every agent has a named engineer responsible for it — monitoring, fixes, and improvements. That accountability is the core of the network: builders are rewarded for agents that keep delivering, not for one-time sales.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the workflow and whether you need an existing agent or a custom build. Book a free discovery call and, if there's a fit, we'll map your workflows in an audit and come back with a clear plan and pricing — including "this isn't worth automating yet" if that's the truth.

Is my business too small for this?

No — most of our work is with small and mid-sized businesses. If you have a repetitive workflow that costs you real time or money every week, take the free 7-minute scorecard to see if it's a fit.

I'm not technical. Will I understand what's happening?

Yes. We explain everything in plain language — what the agent does, what it costs, and what result to expect. You don't need to know AI jargon to get a working agent; you need to know your own workflow, and you already do.

The future of work isn't hiring more people or buying more software.

It's deploying agents that work, built by people you trust.
